This class will illuminate your understanding of the 6 Energies of Life: Money, Time, Physical Vitality, Creativity, Enjoyment, and Relationships. You will walk away with an understanding of wealth and success in relation to the practice of balancing the 6 Energies. By this point, you will have worked with your coach to identify your internal stopping points, define your goals, and create action steps. This class will provide a personal understanding of where to direct your energy in order to experience success with your goals. We will look at time-management, productivity, and organization in depth. Our curriculum holds self-care as a major component of sustainable success. For this reason, we will dive into the connection between your productivity and hormonal cycle by practicing cycle synching— a tool for sustainable action and resilience.

Class #5: Reclaiming Your Explicit Entitlement to Pleasure

Reclaiming Your Explicit Entitlement to Pleasure is a deep dive into the intersection of pleasure, creativity, and leadership. We welcome Muriel Vinson, a respected Bay Area therapist and activist, who will co-facilitate an interactive discussion on how sexuality, shame, and pleasure affect our relationship to lead-her-ship. Muriel will share insight on how our brain neurologically responds to pleasure and the impact of colonization and imperialism on pleasure.

Effective leadership— in our personal and professional sectors— calls forth our creative nature. Muriel’s lived experience as an activist, educator, and therapist has allowed her to cultivate an immense array of tools for empowerment. She will be sharing empowering tools for how to: stay present in your body, understand your body’s responses, and further explore your creative nature. Another highlight of this class is the collective yoni steam which will occur after respectfully studying the cultural history and health benefits of yoni steaming.

Class #1: Homecoming

We will begin our journey by observing and defining the personal familiar internal stopping points that you encounter when you’re up to something that you care about (i.e. projects, vision, ideas, goals, etc). Another name for this stopping point is monkey mind. Hence, the image of a monkey. In this class, you will gain the skills to begin observing your thoughts and narratives. Once you observe something, you no longer have to be it; literally liberating yourself to choose who you truly want to be in any given moment. We will explore confidence vs competence and collaboration vs comparison and competition. You will walk away with a clear framework that defines your personal life’s intentions as a guiding compass.
